J.K. Handa Cold Storage provides specialized cold storage and logistics services. We ship temperature-controlled goods across India with proper cold chain management.

We currently serve:

- Rural areas with proper logistics infrastructure
- Interstate routes with temperature-controlled transport
3. Shipping Timeline
Local Delivery (Same City)
24-48 hours from order placement
Interstate Delivery
3-7 days depending on distance and route
Peak Season
May require additional 1-2 days during peak harvesting season
4. Temperature Control
- All shipments maintain required temperature standards
- Real-time temperature monitoring
- Specialized packaging for perishable goods
- Insurance coverage for temperature excursions
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on distance, weight, temperature requirements, and current fuel surcharges. Rates are provided at the time of booking.
6. Damage & Loss
We are not responsible for damage due to improper packaging by the customer or natural deterioration of perishable goods. However, we provide insurance coverage for shipments damaged due to our negligence.
7. Tracking
All shipments include tracking numbers. Customers can track their shipments in real-time through our online portal.
8. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is confirmed upon signature by the recipient or authorized representative. Customers will receive email/SMS notification of delivery.
9. Claims & Disputes
Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Documentation of damage including photos must be provided for claim processing.
